Welcome to Nanny Plums Nursery. We are proud to be known as the 'small nursery with a big heart.' 

Nanny Plums Nursery opened it's doors for the first time in September 2016. 

The nursery is owned and managed by Ms Caroline Morton (BA. Hons, PGCE, QTS) a fully qualified English teacher with more than a decade's experience in teaching and leadership in secondary schools across the Fylde Coast.

Nanny Plums lovingly provides every child with a safe, warm and stimulating environment in which they can confidently develop to their full potential. 

Set within an ideal location between Anchorsholme and Cleveleys town centre, the nursery offers:

• a baby unit

• 2 to 3 year old provision

• 3 to 5 year old pre-school provision

 

We are a small setting with a true family feel and we will lavish time and attention upon your child - your little one will not be swallowed up in the numbers as can sometimes happen in larger nurseries. We maintain a strong focus upon all areas of the EYFS to prepare your child for an outstanding start to life and the important transition to primary school. Our home-from-home setting is warm and welcoming and will make your child feel comfortable, confident and loved. 

To maintain effective communication between home and nursery each child is allocated a 'Key Person'. After a few visits to Nanny Plums, we will establish which practitioner your child has formed the closest relationship with. This practitioner will then become an integral part of your child's time here at Nanny Plums. One of the wonderful benefits of being a small nursery however is that ALL staff know ALL children well. Seeing the same friendly faces every day will help your little one feel settled and happy very quickly. 

We are open from 7:30am until 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, all year round except for bank holidays and approximately 10 days over the Christmas period.
